Salon & Spa Policies

At Adrienne Michelle's Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following policies. Please read them carefully before booking your appointment.

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to reserve all services. All services booked must be performed, or the client will still be charged.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. No-shows or not canceling or rescheduling before this 48-hour period will cause the client to be charged the full amount of all services that were booked.

Group Bookings

Groups or parties (6 services or more services booked) will require a one-week cancellation period.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Cafe Area Rental

Private Event Space Available

Our cafe area is available for rental for your private events, parties, and gatherings.

3-Hour Minimum: $150

Each Additional Hour: $50

Perfect for bridal showers, birthday parties, or group spa days!

Important Reminders

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled clients
We reserve the right to cancel appointments for repeated no-shows
